The Blue Heron Water Ski Association is a 3-event water ski club based at Line Off Lake, a private reservoir west of Portland, Oregon. The club promotes the development of 3-event water skiers and tournament water skiing in the Pacific Northwest. The club was founded in the 1970’s by Henry Grass and has been an important fixture in the Pacific Northwest water ski scene since inception.
